A: It usually takes the dispatchers 1-3 business days to get a driver assigned. Once a driver is assigned, delivery time depends on a few factors. For example, how many miles? What type of pick-up and delivery location?

A: Yes, your vehicle is insured while in transit. All drivers are required to have $1 million in liability insurance in addition to cargo insurance. However, we take it one step further by having our own insurance policy in addition to the drivers insurance.

A: If it is a personal or individual move, we accept all major credit cards for payment. For questions regarding invoicing for auctions, commercial or dealer moves, please contact us for further information.

A: When it comes to transporting your vehicle, we recommend to NOT load your vehicle with personal items. These personal items are not covered under insurance, so if they are damaged or go missing during transport there is no way to ensure they can be replaced.

A: For vehicle pickup and delivery we do require that either you or an authorized person be present to sign for the condition of your vehicle.

A: It usually takes the dispatchers 1-3 business days to get a driver assigned. If you need your vehicle picked up or delivered within a specific timeframe, it is very helpful to have a 2-3 day window. When scheduling, you can let us know a month in advance, a week in advance or a day in advance.
